These dumpliscious dumplings are the perfect food to cook together with your friends and family.

Ingredients for 40 Dumplings
Ingredients:
Vegan Dumpling Wrapper:
300 g of all-purpose flour
½ tsp. of salt
160 ml of hot water
Vegetable Filling:
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp. of minced ginger
100 g of shredded carrots
200 g of mushrooms finely chopped
300 g of shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 tbsp. of rice vinegar
Preparation:
Dumpling wrappers:
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the water (preferably hot water) while stirring to combine. Transfer to a working surface and knead for about 3-5 minutes until you have a smooth and soft dough. Form into a bowl.
Divide the dough into two pieces. Dust the working surface with a little flour and roll out the dough into about 2mm thick.
Cut out circles using a glass.
Veggie filling:
Finely chop the veggies. Put aside the cabbage in a bowl, then salt and leave it for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the cabbage to drain the water that was released and add it into the bowl where you mixed all of the other ingredients.
Add 1 tsp of filling to the center of the dumpling wrapper. Brush the edges with water and fold the dumplings creating a hand fan pattern.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dumplings and fry for 3 minutes. Pour in about 40ml of water and cover with a lid. Steam for 7 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
