Ingredients for 4 large crepes (2 People):
300 ml plant-based milk
130 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil (we recommend rapeseed)
Procedure:
Mix all your ingredients except the oil. Make sure there are no clumps, if you have a mixer you might want to use it.
Add some oil to a frying or crepe pan and add about 4 tbsp of the dough, fry both sides until they’re golden-brown.
