Ingredients for 12 pancakes:
250g of cottage cheese or quark cheese
1 egg
4 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together until you obtain a smooth batter.
Pour or scoop the batter into a hot nonstick pan, and cook until golden brown on medium heat ( approximatively 1 min per side).
To serve the traditional way with sour cream/ greek yogurt and jam or with your favorite toppings.
