Season: Summer/All (if frozen raspberries used)

Ingredients for 9 Pieces:
8 tbsp. flour
120 ml sunflower oil
12 tbsp. sugar
80 ml oat milk (non-diary milk of your choice)
1 package if vanillin
6 tbsp. cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 handful of (frozen) raspberries
Preparation:
Preheat the oven 180°.
First, line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together the oil and sugar in a large bowl.
Then in a separate bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients (flour, cacao, vanillin, baking powder, and salt).
Add the dry ingredients in to the bowl with sugar and oil and mix until it is homogenous.
At last, add the frozen raspberries into the batter and mix gently.
Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan and add raspberries on top for decoration.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife comes out relatively clean.
Let cool for 30 minutes in the pan.
Your brownie is ready to serve. Enjoy!
