This project is our venture into sustainable winemaking, right from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Student-led, blending passion with purpose. Thanks to our collaboration with the Kursner winery, we offer quality wines alongside labels that respect the environment and the producers. Our wines, Crepuscule Rouge and Aurore Blanche, showcase what we stand for: quality, sustainability, and the spirit of creativity.
